Testimonials
“Forget 5 stars that rating is way too small, I would give Shane Lanigan 10 stars! I have never come across such a kind and caring professional. Quite apart from being punctual, reliable, honest, efficient, hardworking and extremely courteous, he not only goes the extra mile he goes the extra 10 miles and then some. He answered my call immediately and then because I was so desperate for him to visit me on-site before the builders commenced work he came just 2 days later when he had so many other visits to fit in. Even my report was done so speedily, being typed that same evening and all other work was put on the back burner as I needed to urgently send off to my insurance company.
He is extremely knowledgeable and informative, especially on third party boundary matters and his wealth of experience is just awesome.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him and I feel very blessed to have found him when I did. Just an amazing individual and someone you would always want on side”
